Week 7 EOC: The Pitch

The chocolate object that I'm pitching is chocolate flavor vitamins. Children's vitamins are something that every kid needs in their everyday life. It has lots of nutrients that are good for growing children. Even so some parents have trouble getting their child to eat the vitamin because of the taste. Over the years companies have been trying to appeal to children by making the vitamins fruit flavored but none has ever made them chocolate flavored. I feel like the chocolate taste would sway more children to eat it. Children love chocolate and they like to eat things if they think its candy. Making vitamins seem like chocolate candy children would be eager to eat them everyday because they think it’s a treat.
With my idea, the vitamins would come in different shapes such as dinosaurs and kittens. I think if we make them fun shapes the children would want it to play with it before eating. We could also make them like cartoon characters to attract children. It would be a hard vitamin but taste exactly like you’re biting into a piece of chocolate. The taste would be what would make us stand out the most. Most children’s vitamins that aren’t gummy can be very chalky. We would work to eliminate that chalky taste and texture in your mouth. The goal is to make it taste like pure chocolate. We want the child to basically not think they’re taking vitamins; we want them to think that it’s candy. The goal is to trick the mind so taking your vitamins wouldn’t seem like such a chore. Children would be excited to eat their vitamins and they might actually do it voluntarily.
